Subject: Thanks for the Music
Set I was much fun... it moved quit quickly like said before me. Set II looks better on paper I thought than it actually came out. Cryptical quickly went weird, like weird in the sense that every one on stage had a different direction in mind but was fast ready to comply with another musicians idea- of course being such incredible players it was recovered and covered for Dark Star- which was well played in places, but again feels as if it is having trouble being interpreted with at the least a singleness of direction; believe me I LOVE exploration, but Cryptical and Dark Star both were played with choppy tempos, making them hard to appreciate(IMHO). I was able to enjoy them when I looked at them like a medley of snippets: a collage of sorts showcasing ways they have and could been played.
St. Stephen and The Other One were great fun. I love how the Dark Star(reprise) came together- tempo, atmosphere and all. By this time it sounds pulled together. Nice Stella, up beat Scarlet, and finishes the non-stop run of music with Lovelight. I like Grace's voice and she added nicely. Honestly I missed Brokedown, so I can't say anything. Knowing what they are capable of I say a three. Recording is a bit muddy but still wonderful enough. Can't say a four, but better than average: 3 1/2- Yeah, 3 and 1/2.
Thanks to every one involved, thanks for the great share-
Peace and Much Groove!

Subject: o summer's gone, but ...
sounds muddy. but this being this gig's best sounding version i think.

rocking. rolling. plenty of playing and jamming joy. first set rushes on and leaves you wondering where the hour-or-so went. risen tempo in dark star (actually just midtempo though) refreshing. real uptempo in st.stephen which leads to twisted tongues right before (no kidding) 'lowered down again' - lol.

overall wonderfully meandering improvs: decent yet colourful keyboards set enlightening marks. drums seem to be played by up to 3 or more persons, guitars change tones from soft to blistering and back like never before without overdominating, pulsating bass lines appear and breathe as if they were independant lifeforms.

brilliant performance: 5 stars for one of the best ever (imo).
sound: 3 stars for only average achievement.

thus the end result.
